Matt Garcia is one of the UK’s most sought-after new media creative directors. Throughout his career, spanning almost 20-years, he has worked for AOL, ING, The Royal Bank of Scotland, The Royal Navy, Endemol UK, FOX Home Entertainment, Maxell, SKY Media, Virgin Atlantic, MacMillan Publishers and England Cricketer Paul Collingwood.

In 1997 Matt established his design studio, in order to maintain the highest standards in delivering quality communication solutions, across the widest media range.

Matt Garcia Design Studio remains privately-owned to this day and enter our eleventh year as a cosmopolitan and balanced team of experienced creatives, technical developers and project managers, delivering communication solutions to organisations of all shapes and sizes, in over 18 industries throughout the UK, Europe and worldwide.

	Matt Garcia - Founder Establishing the studio back in 1997, Matt is a true servant of the creative arts. Whether a mouse, stylus, camera, pencil or guitar, he will often be found in the studio clicking, snapping, drawing or strumming!
	Lee Pavlou - Head of Tech A graduate of the University of Westminster, with a Masters Degree in C#, Lee is responsible for the technical development at the studio, including our popular content management systems.
	Vincent Mitchell - Sales Manager Knowledgable, friendly and consummately creative, Vincent is a popular character among clients and colleagues alike. His main responsibility is developing and maintaining customer relations.
	Louisa Harman - Project Manager A marketing graduate, Louisa has experience at the sharp end of project management. Formerly responsible for the marketing activities of one of the UK's most successful recruitment companies, her knowledge, organisational skills and enthusiasm are an inspiration.
	Olivier Rymann - Designer Switzerland's unparalleled creative heritage is enhanced by the worldly-wise Olivier. Vastly experienced in areas such as web and print design, photography and animation, it is his incredible 3D work that earns him most respect, with assignments all over the globe.
	Hazell Mitchell - Illustrator Working with both traditional and digital illustration methods, Hazel trained at York College of Art. From cartooning and storyboard work to fine art illustration, her versatility has brought an international client base, even including the Royal Family.
	René Moeglin - Illustrator Originating from Copenhagen, René is a true masterclass in the world of digital illustration, having worked with some of Europe's leading clothing and music brands. His style has been described as 'a soulful blend of honest urban roots and illustrative mastery'.
	James Lessell - Video Production Combining excellent technical knowledge and creative flair, James has worked on some of the UK's most popular television programs, with audiences of up to 15 million, as well as directing and editing a wide range of corporate videos ranging from live conferences to international product launches.
	Michael Garcia - Network Engineer Michael is one of the most sought after networking talents in the industry today. Responsible for implementing a revolutionary network system for a major UK newspaper publisher, Michael has become the engineer of choice for some of the countries leading media companies.
